Contractors, Closers & Connections (CCC) of Greenville to Host Exclusive Commercial Real Estate Event

Contractors, Closers & Connections (CCC) of Greenville will be taking over the Furman Learning Center in Downtown Greenville on January 19, 2023, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. to host a private Commercial Real Estate event to highlight one of Greenville’s hottest mixed-use hubs featuring retail, dining, university and office spaces – ONE City Plaza. We will have access to the exquisite lobby area of 101 N Main St. for overflow.

We’ve enlisted the help of Bon Appetit Management Company, known for its culinary expertise and culture driven to create food that is alive with flavor and nutrition, prepared from scratch using authentic ingredients, who will be serving stationed and passed hors d’oeuvres, fruit infused water and iced tea. A full-service bar will also be provided for our esteemed guests to enjoy.

The (100+) Commercial Real Estate Professionals who will be attending should expect to explore new relationships with potential joint venture partners, debt lenders, attorneys, equity providers, elected officials, real estate brokers, property management firms, asset managers, analysts, owner’s representatives, consultants, acquisitions/development directors, and local business owners/entrepreneurs.
