New Medical Office Building Completed by Mashburn Construction in Irmo, S.C.
Columbia, S.C.— Mashburn Construction is pleased to announce the completion of Irmo Wellness Center, a two-story medical office building in Irmo, S.C. This is the second building that Mashburn has constructed for South Carolina Internal Medicine.
The 43,480-square-foot building was constructed using 66 tilt-up concrete panels, allowing for a more aggressive schedule and a most cost-effective approach for the client. The exterior tilt-up panels include a brick veneer and inlay. Inside, visitors are welcomed by an attractive water feature in the lobby. There are seven tenants in the Irmo Wellness Center including: South Carolina Internal Medicine, Columbia Podiatry, Rejuvenations Medical Spa, Columbia Rehab, Quest Diagnostics, Palmetto Imaging, and Palmetto ENT.
