Trehel Promotes Jim Davis to General Superintendent, Welcomes Randall Jackson as Senior PM

by GroundBreak Carolinas Staff on March 12, 2025

Trehel, based in Greenville, S.C., announces the promotion of Jim Davis to general superintendent and welcomes Randall Jackson as senior project manager.

Davis began his career at Trehel in 2016 and has more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry. With a focus on job-site supervision for large-scale commercial, education, industrial and faith-based projects, Davis has been an effective onsite manager and has fostered strong relationships with Trehel building partners over the years. In his new role as general superintendent, Davis will lead and manage field operations and facilitate the efforts of Trehel’s Care4All safety program, acting as the liaison between office staff, project superintendents, and Trehel’s workforce in the field.

With more than 20 years of experience, Jackson joins Trehel from BE&K Building Group, where he most recently served as senior project manager. In his new role at Trehel, Jackson will manage industrial, manufacturing, and commercial projects from design to completion, addressing safety, cost, quality and scheduling. Jackson’s prior experience spans the advanced manufacturing, aerospace, hospitality, mixed-use, healthcare and pharmaceutical market segments. Jackson is an honors graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science and Management.

“We are pleased to promote Jim while welcoming Randall to the team,” said Keith Poole, president and chief operating officer, Trehel. “Jim and Randall are both demonstrated industry leaders with a passion for developing teams that align with Trehel’s value and purpose while helping building partners achieve their goals. We look forward to their future success and contributions at Trehel.”
