Doggett Concrete Promotes Randy Brown to Director of Business Development

by Doggett Concrete on January 19, 2024

Doggett Commercial Concrete, LLC, is happy to announce the promotion of Randy Brown to Director of Business Development. Randy’s new role covers business development across the southeast.

Randy has been in the concrete industry for almost 25 years. He joined Doggett in 2021 as a business development representative for the Charlotte area. “Watching the growth of Doggett over the last 3 years has been amazing and being a part of that is very rewarding,” says Randy. “The culture at Doggett is the same from the top down and I’m thrilled to be able to help grow that in new markets as well as areas we currently are in.”

“Randy has been a ‘shot in the arm’ for our growth over the past 3 years.  His skill for building relationships internally and externally has proven invaluable,” says Mike Kana, president of Doggett Concrete.  “Randy has the ability to work with clients on all levels and has the experience to dive into any project and speak intelligently on details.  These attributes have allowed him to succeed in the organization.  His new role as Director will allow us to continue our growth and expansion throughout the southeast.  I am very proud of Randy as he takes this next step with Doggett Concrete and his career!”

“Randy understands our core values at Doggett and effectively creates lasting trust and partnerships with builders,” says CEO Doug Doggett.  “As we continue to expand, it’s people like Randy that will enable us to grow and provide the service our customers deserve. I’m proud to have Randy growing with the company and accepting the challenges of his new role.”
