Little Elevates Four Leaders to Partner
Charlotte-based Little Diversified Architectural Consulting is pleased to announce the appointment of four new Partners in the firm: Megan D’Albora (Charlotte office), Scott Fundling, Shana Hetherington (Charlotte office) and J. Lynn Reda. Together, these leaders represent the breadth of Little’s work across education, civic and retail design, as well as the firm’s commitment to collaboration and design excellence. Their appointments bring Little’s total number of partners to 26.
“Every generation of Little has people who reshape expectations for what great leadership looks like,” said Carol Rickard-Brideau, CEO of Little. “They elevate not only the work we do, but also the people around them. We are so proud of what this new group of Partners has already accomplished and excited for the leadership and vision they will bring to our future.”

Megan D’Albora, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C, CDT
Megan D’Albora serves as Little’s Retail National Account Director and Principal, bringing more than 18 years of experience with the firm. With expertise in mixed-use and retail design and a passion for placemaking, Megan helps clients create spaces that strengthen their brands and connect with the communities they serve. She has led relationships with major retail brands across a range of sectors, including quick-service restaurants, grocery, electric vehicles, apparel and financial services.
Beyond her work at Little, Megan has spent the past decade mentoring aspiring architects through the ACE Mentor Program of Charlotte.
Scott Fundling, AIA, NCARB, LEED Green Associate
Scott Fundling is a Design Principal based out of Little’s Orlando office, where his influence extends across the firm’s national practice. With more than a decade of experience, he has contributed to a wide range of projects, including corporate headquarters, cultural landmarks and master plans, as well as work spanning hospitality, aviation, healthcare and education. Scott believes the best design comes from collaboration, bringing clients and project teams together to create spaces that reflect each client’s unique identity while meeting their functional and aesthetic needs. He is also passionate about using design to make a positive environmental impact for future generations. One project particularly meaningful to Scott is Carrington Hall at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he has enjoyed seeing the team’s early sketches take shape as a building. For Scott, watching ideas move from concept to reality is one of the most rewarding aspects of being an architect.
Beyond his work at Little, Scott enjoys sharing his passion for design with the next generation of architects. He serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Florida and has been a visiting lecturer at several universities, including his alma mater, Virginia Tech.

Shana Hetherington, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C
Shana Hetherington is a Schools Studio Principal who has spent her 28-year career at Little, advancing from Project Architect to Studio Principal. Throughout her career, she has focused on designing early childhood and K-12 learning environments that inspire students, support educators, and positively impact communities. Shana works closely with students and educators to create thoughtful, innovative learning environments that support different ways of learning, make the most of available resources, foster a sense of belonging and support the whole child. She is particularly proud of her team’s work on Greensboro Day School’s Center for Student Life, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation (SLEI), Fort Mill School District’s Paradise Early Childhood Center and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools district work.
Passionate about making a difference beyond architecture, Shana is a former board member and active volunteer with the ACE Mentor Program of Charlotte, helping inspire the next generation of design and construction professionals. Her commitment to mentorship and career development earned her recognition as Workforce Development Advocate of the Year during Charlotte Economic Development Week 2026.
J. Lynn Reda, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB, Fitwel Ambassador
Lynn Reda leads Little’s Community Practice from the firm’s DC-area office, bringing more than 30 years of experience in architecture and design. Her approach puts community identity and well-being at the center of design, with an emphasis on creating lasting environmental and social benefits. Among the projects she’s particularly proud of is the Hamel Recreation Center at the University of New Hampshire. As Practice Leader, Lynn has helped position Little’s Community Practice for continued success by strengthening its performance and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
