Wire 3 Expands into South Carolina

by Wire3 on May 12, 2026

Wire 3, a leading 100% fiber internet provider, announced its expansion into its third state, South Carolina, marking a major milestone in the company’s rapid multi-state growth. Backed by a fully funded $147 million investment, Wire 3 will deliver its ultra-fast, 100% fiber internet to communities across Anderson, Greenville, Pickens, and Orangeburg counties, bringing next-generation connectivity to more than 147,000 South Carolina homes and businesses.

“South Carolina represents an exciting new chapter for Wire 3,” said Jai Ramachandran, CEO of Wire 3. “As our third state, this expansion is more than growth—it’s momentum.”Share

Known for delivering reliably fast, symmetrical upload and download speeds of up to 10 gigabits, Wire 3 has rapidly expanded its footprint across Florida, recently entered Georgia, and is now accelerating into South Carolina. Wire 3’s initial work throughout South Carolina will begin in Anderson, Central, Clemson, Easley, Travelers Rest, and Pendleton, with planned expansion into Orangeburg, connecting homes and businesses across the state to its ultra-fast internet paired with a commitment to world-class customer service.

“South Carolina represents an exciting new chapter for Wire 3,” said Jai Ramachandran, CEO of Wire 3. “As our third state, this expansion is more than growth—it’s momentum. We’re continuing to expand our future-ready fiber network that delivers the speed, reliability, and performance today’s communities need to thrive in an increasingly connected world, and we’re proud to now bring that to South Carolina.”

In the coming weeks, Wire 3 will have additional details regarding community-specific construction timelines. Wire 3 anticipates the first South Carolina customers to be connected later this year. Once connected, customers will gain access to Wire 3’s five-year price lock guarantee and MyBundle streaming options. Those interested in Wire 3’s symmetrical, high-speed internet may visit wire3.com to sign up for pre-sale and construction updates.

Based in Daytona Beach, Florida, Wire 3 makes it easy for customers to seamlessly integrate cutting-edge technology with symmetrical speeds, free Wi-Fi equipment, and flexible no-contract plans. As Wire 3 expands, the company continues to advance its mission of creating 10-Gig cities across Florida, Georgia, and now South Carolina.
