ABC Carolinas Announces Lowcountry Leadership for 2023

Charleston, SC – Associated Builders and Contractors of the Carolinas (ABC Carolinas) announces the 2023 leadership team for the organization’s Lowcountry Regional Leadership Council, chaired by Graycor Southern’s Darryl Thornton.

Council Chair Thornton noted, “Our leadership team will continue to focus our efforts on promoting merit shop construction in the Lowcountry region. We will support our members with workforce development, networking opportunities, and arrange face time with local and state officials. We are dedicated to ensuring our members realize all of the benefits that ABC has to offer. One of our primary objectives is to keep growing our membership to support the growth of Greater Charleston and the surrounding area.”

ABC Carolinas’ Lowcountry Regional Leadership team will work closely with ABC Carolinas’ Jonna Turner, South Carolina Membership Director. Turner supports the Lowcountry Council’s efforts in building relationships, influencing policy, and supporting workforce development beneficial and valuable to the region’s members. Based on the merit shop philosophy, it’s the goal of Turner and the Council to help ABC members develop people, win work, deliver work safely, ethically, and profitably for the betterment of the community.
