ABC Carolinas Announces Midlands Regional Leadership Team for 2023
Columbia, SC – Associated Builders and Contractors of the Carolinas (ABC Carolinas) announces the 2023 leadership team for the organization’s Midlands Regional Leadership Council, chaired by Miller Valentine’s Turner McCaffrey.
Council Chair McCaffrey noted, “ABC as a national organization continues to grow and bring various benefits to contractors across the country. The ABC Carolinas Midlands Regional Leadership Council is proud to extend these benefits to our local market and ever-growing network of contractors. We will continue to promote the merit-shop philosophy that ABC was founded on while also maintaining our presence with the local legislators to benefit our members. Through networking, workforce development, Schools 2 Careers, and so much more, we strive every day to make the Midlands an opportunity for contractors everywhere.”
The Midlands Council leadership team will work closely with ABC Carolinas’ Jonna Turner, South Carolina Membership Director. Turner supports the Council’s efforts in building relationships, influencing policy, and supporting workforce development beneficial and valuable to the region’s members. Based on the merit shop philosophy, it’s the goal of Turner and the Council to help ABC members develop people, win work, deliver work safely, ethically, and profitably for the betterment of the community.
