BBG Construction Law Expands into South Carolina with Charleston Office
BBG Construction Law, a construction law firm serving contractors and other construction industry participants across the United States, is expanding into South Carolina with the opening of its Charleston office on August 1, 2026. To establish the firm’s Southeast presence, founding partner Buck Beltzer has relocated full time to South Carolina. The expansion reflects BBG’s long-term commitment to serving clients where they build and investing in one of the nation’s fastest-growing construction markets.
Since its founding in 2017, BBG has partnered with clients through every stage of the construction lifecycle – from contract drafting and negotiation to risk management and project counseling, and the resolution of complex disputes through mediation, arbitration, and litigation. The firm has built a reputation for delivering practical, business-focused legal solutions tailored exclusively to the construction industry.
Because BBG focuses exclusively on the construction industry and many of its lawyers have industry experience from past careers, they understand the business of construction and work proactively with clients to solve problems before they become disputes.
“South Carolina is experiencing tremendous growth across manufacturing, infrastructure, commercial development, logistics, and energy,” said Beltzer. “Many of our clients are already building throughout the Southeast. Establishing a Charleston office allows us to better support those clients while becoming an active part of South Carolina’s construction community. We look forward to building lasting relationships with contractors and industry partners across the region.”
This expansion reflects BBG’s philosophy of growing alongside its clients and investing in the markets where they are building. “As our clients continue to grow, so do we,” Beltzer added. “Opening our Charleston office is a natural next step in BBG’s commitment to serving the construction industry wherever our clients are working.”
As BBG approaches its 10-year anniversary in 2027, the South Carolina expansion represents another milestone in the firm’s thoughtful growth and reinforces its commitment to serving the construction industry throughout the country.
