BLE Expands with New Office in Columbia, S.C.

Bunnell Lammons Engineering (BLE), an engineering and environmental consulting firm, has opened a new office in Columbia, S.C. to accommodate the firm’s growth in the Midlands over the last year.

This expansion allows BLE to increase its overall efficiency and strengthen partnerships in the Columbia market. The Columbia location will include traditional office space as well as a geotechnical and materials testing laboratory. In addition to the Columbia branch, BLE’s headquarters is in Greenville, SC with a branch office in Asheville, NC.

“The Columbia office is a logical step for BLE in our overall growth strategy. As we continue to expand our footprint, we look forward to strengthening our current partnerships in the area as well as creating new ones,” said Tom Lammons, P.G., CEO and Principal of BLE. “While 2020 presented challenges for our team, we are fortunate to see growth in our business and continue to work on projects throughout SC and the entire Southeast.”

Senior Engineer, Bryan Howard, P.E., will manage the Columbia office team. Howard has been with BLE for over 20 years and previously managed the Asheville office from 2005 to 2011 before returning to Greenville.
