Building Curiosity: Harper Supports the New Construction Zone Exhibit at Children’s Museum
Harper General Contractors proudly supported, as the primary donor, the reopening of the newly renovated Construction Zone exhibit at The Children’s Museum of the Upstate (TCMU) in Greenville, South Carolina. This donation, made in partnership with our trusted local trade partners has allowed TCMU to develop a space giving children an interactive way to explore the world of construction through play.
“Harper’s longstanding relationship with The Children’s Museum of the Upstate reflects our mission to build up our communities,” said David Wise, President and CEO of Harper. “The ‘Construction Zone’ exhibit will inspire young people shaping the future workforce and promoting healthy development in our community for years to come.”
The celebration highlighted Harper’s long partnership with the museum, which began with the original building renovation in 2009, and has continued with renovation work provided by our small projects team, HarperXS. Harper continues to invest in projects that bring people together and inspire the next generation of builders, engineers, and creators.
Harper is grateful to the regional trade partners who helped make this effort possible, including A&A Fire Protection, Bonitz, Cannon Roofing, CarolinaPower, Carolinas Associated General Contractors (CAGC), Clemson University’s Nieri Department of Construction and Real Estate Development, Concrete Supply, Metromont, SC Steel, Southern Painting, Strange Brothers, and United Rentals.
