CAGC Celebrates 2025 Top Young Leaders: Pete Distefano and Anna-Bryce Hobson
Carolinas AGC is excited to announce the 2025 Top Young Leaders. This year there are two honorees – one from North Carolina and one from South Carolina. Pete Distefano, based in Wilmington, is with Balfour Beatty, and Anna-Bryce Hobson, based in Charleston, is with Parker Poe Attorneys & Counselors at Law.
CAGC’s Top Young Leader Award recognizes those who play critical roles in the community and professional arenas of the construction industry. CAGC believes it’s important to honor the achievements of their young leaders as the emergence of these individuals is critical to the future of CAGC and the members they serve.
Pete Distefano, Balfour Beatty | Wilmington, NC

“I love building. From giant heavy civil projects to small woodworking and tinkering in the garage, I love it all.”
