Carolinas AGC’s Leslie Clark Honored by Columbia Contractors Association
Carolinas AGC’s (CAGC) Leslie Bomar Clark, Director, South Carolina Government Relations & Divisions, was honored last month with the prestigious SIR Award (Skill, Integrity and Responsibility). The award was presented by the Columbia Contractors Association, a local chapter of Associated General Contractors (AGC). The SIR Award is the highest award given by the AGC to honor those who have made an outstanding contribution to the construction industry.
“It was an honor to present the SIR Award to Leslie. I cannot think of many people whohave worked as tirelessly and selfishly for the good of the construction industry in South Carolina for the last 20 years,” said Mark Hood, President and CEO of Hood Construction. “This is a honor that is reserved for a very few people and well deserved by Leslie.”
Carolinas AGC (CAGC) is a construction trade association made up of contractors and construction-related firms that perform work in North Carolina and South Carolina. CAGC is a chapter of the AGC of America (AGC) and the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA).
