Central SC Alliance Welcomes Ada Stiglbauer as New Marketing Coordinator

by GroundBreak Carolinas Staff on August 1, 2025

The Central SC Alliance has hired Ada Stiglbauer as the organization’s new Marketing Coordinator. A Columbia native and recent graduate of the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business, Stiglbauer brings a strong background in strategic marketing, digital media and community engagement to the regional economic development team.

Stiglbauer, who previously served as a marketing intern with Central SC Alliance, officially joined the team full-time in July following the completion of her dual degrees in Marketing and Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, as well as a minor in Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations. Her experience includes developing targeted marketing campaigns, managing social media strategy, and producing digital and print materials that elevate brand visibility, all with a data-driven approach.

“Growing up in Columbia, I’ve always had a deep love for this community and the traditions that make it so special, and now I get to share that with others in such a meaningful way,” said Stiglbauer. “I’m honored to be part of an organization that’s working to drive growth and opportunity in the region I call home.”

As Marketing Coordinator, Stiglbauer will support a range of strategic initiatives to promote the Central SC Region’s unique business climate, workforce, and infrastructure assets. She will also be responsible for enhancing CSCA’s digital footprint, executing brand storytelling strategies, and supporting media and public relations efforts.

“We’re thrilled to officially welcome Ada to the team,” said Melissa Collins, Director of Marketing. “Her energy, creativity and firsthand knowledge of our region make her an invaluable asset as we continue sharing the story of Central South Carolina with the world.”
