Charlotte-Based Building and Property Maintenance Company Sold to New Owners

Oneliance Group, a Charlotte, NC-based building and property maintenance company, has brought in new partners by way of Viking Mergers and Acquisitions. Oneliance Group was owned and operated by Rich Moyer, a millennial entrepreneur with an extensive background in business development and ownership. Moyer decided to bring on strategic equity partners with plans of further expanding the business.

Trevor Crocker and Keenan Moran of Viking Mergers and Acquisitions facilitated the transaction. “Trevor, Keenan and the Viking Mergers team assisted in the process and could not have done a better job,” says Rich Moyer. “The goal was always to continue to grow the business, and bringing on a partner would allow us to do so. After meeting with Trevor, I knew the timing was right,” continues Moyer.

It did not take long to find the right investors for the business. Serial entrepreneurs Mark and Caroline Stevens were ideally suited candidates for Oneliance Group, with prior experiences in business ownership and development within the construction industry. Mark and Caroline plan to significantly grow the business and further develop a presence in the Carolinas while maintaining the culture and ideals originally rooted by Moyer.
