Clancy & Theys’ Charlotte Division Welcomes Sean Quinn as Project Executive/Healthcare
The Charlotte division of Clancy & Theys Construction Company has hired Sean Quinn as their newest Project Executive for the Healthcare market. Quinn brings 16 years of experience managing hospital and medical office building projects across the Southeast.
Quinn’s industry expertise, knowledge of the technical side of construction, and familiarity with the Charlotte healthcare market are three important assets he brings to the leadership table at Clancy & Theys. A highly experienced construction manager, Quinn is an enthusiastic and collaborative leader that pushes teams to be more innovative and continuously improve to deliver high quality and high value projects.

Quinn’s career has focused on crafting spaces dedicated to delivering the ultimate patient experience. He has managed the construction of 2.1 million square feet of healthcare facilities throughout his career, making a name for himself in the Charlotte healthcare market. His project teams have taken home a number of recognitions throughout his time in the industry, including multiple Associated Builders & Contractors Eagle Awards, the ENR Southeast Best Project for Healthcare, and the Engineering News-Record Best of the Best Healthcare.
Before starting his career, Quinn earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction and a Master of Building Construction from the University of Florida.
