Colliers International Relocates New Commercial Real Estate Office to Downtown Spartanburg

by Colliers International on November 16, 2018

Downtown Spartanburg has seen an influx of new tenants this year, and Colliers’ Spartanburg team of brokers will be the latest to join this trend in mid-November.

Passersby will soon notice the blue Colliers sign being installed on the corner of Main and Wall Street, with increased traffic to the building predicted to follow shortly thereafter.

Some in the community may have already noticed changes to the building at 145 W. Main Street. Extensive renovations have taken place to prepare the two top floors for occupancy, including a complete overhaul of the historic building. The Colliers office will occupy the third floor.

With these upgrades complete, Colliers’ Spartanburg office will officially open on Monday, November 19. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled to take place after the holidays.

Long-term Spartanburg real estate professionals Garrett Scott and John Montgomery and Brokerage Associate Brockton Hall make up the industrial team, which will offer commercial real estate management and advisory services out of the Spartanburg office.

Recently joining their ranks is local real estate professional Ralph Settle. Ralph expands the team’s expertise to include downtown area revitalization, office, land and tenant representation as well as investment and development advisement services, including retail, master planned communities and medical office space. In addition, Colliers provides property management, construction project management, corporate services and healthcare real estate services to its clients.

The Spartanburg team will also offer a full range of services in-house to assist clients in marketing their property, led by Marketing Coordinator Ashley Fenlon.

Colliers International, the largest commercial real estate firm in South Carolina, also has offices in Columbia, Greenville and Charleston. With billions of investment dollars predicted in upcoming years and industrial growth continuing to trend upwards, the new Spartanburg office will be strategically positioned to take advantage of this rapidly expanding commercial real estate market.
