McLamb holds an MBA in Finance and Business Operations from the University of Pennsylvania and brings in over 20 years of experience. He has a proven track record in developing strategies for operational management that drive results for companies and business units that are well positioned for growth.

“I am very excited to join the CMP team, a company with tremendous concrete construction expertise, the highest mindset for quality, and a prominent reputation in the industry,” said McLamb. “I look forward to working with the team to continue strengthening our leadership in the concrete pumping market.”

As Vice President and COO, McLamb will have responsibility for all of the company’s operating areas in the Carolinas. He will report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer, Doug Doggett.

“The entire CMP team has stepped up to help distinguish CMP as the leader in the concrete pumping industry in the Carolinas. Their commitment is not just pumping concrete, but to be a true trade partner for the contractors and providing value added services,” said President, Doug Doggett.

“Too often concrete pumping companies commoditize themselves and believe that the only value they can offer is to cut their prices and cut out the value added services that the contractors deserve. The CMP team understands that contractors and finishers want and deserve more. Sam’s business insights brings the leadership that CMP needs so we remain the premier concrete pumping company in the Carolinas.”
