Culture of Care Initiative Challenges Industry Leaders to Embrace Diversity and Inclusion

Culture of CARE, a joint initiative of AGC of America and AGC of Washington, is challenging leaders to take a bold and visible step toward ensuring their workplaces are welcoming, safe, and inclusive for an increasingly diverse and talented pool of workers.

“We encourage construction firms across the Carolinas to join this effort by taking the Culture of CARE pledge. When companies sign the pledge, Culture of CARE provides them with tools and resources to help establish a Culture of CARE in their workplaces,” said CAGC’s Tammy Ford, Director, Build Your Career (BYC).
