ENR Southeast’s 2019 Top Young Professionals List Includes Eight from Carolinas

by GroundBreak Carolinas Staff on January 19, 2019

ENR Southeast’s annual Top Young Professionals contest recognizes the construction industry’s up-and-coming leaders in the publication’s six-state region. Out of the judges’ 20 picks for the 2019 list, eight of these impressive young professionals are from North Carolina or South Carolina.

Conducted by each of ENR’s regional publications, the Top Young Professionals contest seeks to recognize those who represent the “Best-of-the-Best” in their construction and design careers, by exhibiting qualities such as leadership, career progress, community involvement and creating landmark projects.

Check out who made the list from our two-state region (listed below in alphabetical order):

  • Kevin D. Anderson – Project manager, Fluor, Greenville, S.C.
  • Bryan Ferris – Senior project manager, JE Dunn Construction Co., Charleston, S.C.
  • Chad Frampton – President and CEO, Frampton Construction, Ladson, S.C.
  • Kristi Guilfoyle – Project manager, transportation; AECOM, Raleigh
  • Nikki Honeycutt – Engineering director, highways, North Carolina; STV, Charlotte
  • Joshua B. Mauney – CEO/Founder, Paragon Safety Group Inc., Raleigh
  • Josh McConaughey – Vice president, commercial group, JE Dunn Construction Co., Charlotte
  • Casey P. Werner – Project manager, ColeJenest & Stone, Charlotte

GroundBreak Carolinas extends its congratulations to each of these eight individuals. All are featured in ENR Southeast’s January print edition – distributed last week.

About the Contest: Now in its ninth year, ENR Southeast’s annual Top Young Professionals program was previously known as Top 20 Under 40. National winners will be announced this spring.
