FMI Advises Fairbanks Energy Services on Sale to Mantis Innovation Group

FMI Capital Advisors announced the acquisition of Fairbanks Energy Services, Inc. by Mantis Innovation Group, LLC, a portfolio company of O2 Investment Partners, LLC. The partnership will enhance both companies’ service offerings focused on improving facility performance and energy efficiency, reducing costs, and implementing and monitoring environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. FMI served as the exclusive financial advisor to Fairbanks Energy Services for this transaction.
