Frampton Construction Announces Craig Calhoun to CFO, Other Promotions
Charleston, S.C. – Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, and construction services, has named Craig Calhoun, Selby Austin, Adam Smith, and Will Pratt to new positions.
Calhoun (pictured), who joined Frampton in 2017, has been promoted to chief financial officer. In this executive leadership role, he is responsible for the overall financial health of the company, providing strategic direction to achieve short and long-term financial goals. Calhoun’s financial oversight spans several disciplines within the company, including accounting, business development, risk management, human resources, project management, investments, and acquisitions.
Austin assumes the role of project manager and will be responsible for managing construction projects from start-up through closeout with a focus on schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. He has been with the company since 2017.
Smith joined Frampton Construction in 2019 and has been named superintendent. In this role, he will oversee the onsite operations of construction projects while maintaining schedule, following quality standards, and ensuring safety and compliance at the site.
Pratt, who interned with Frampton before joining the team full-time in 2019, will hold the title of assistant project manager. Additional responsibilities include managing projects with subcontractors, assisting with estimating project scope and costs, and providing onsite management of construction projects.
