
Frampton Construction Promotes Katherine Panke to Director of Marketing
Frampton Construction Company, a full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction and construction services, has promoted Katherine Panke to Director of Marketing, marking a key leadership milestone as the company continues its growth trajectory.
Panke joined the firm in 2017 as a marketing coordinator and has played a key role in Frampton’s brand and business growth over the past eight years. As the firm’s first dedicated marketing hire, Panke established and scaled a full-service marketing function.
Under Panke’s leadership, Frampton launched a new website and a refreshed brand identity. Paired with a strategic lift in pursuit marketing, these efforts have helped land high-profile clients, such as T-Mobile, Le Creuset and the Medical University of South Carolina. She also spearheaded the branding for the Future First, Frampton Scholars and Frampton EMPOWERS initiatives, while building out a more robust recruitment-marketing program and elevating internal communications.

In addition to shaping the firm’s brand, Panke has helped elevate Frampton’s community impact through longstanding partnerships with Habitat for Humanity, the American Heart Association (AHA), and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Since its inception in 2019, she has led Frampton’s marketing for the AHA’s Hard Hats with Heart initiative, crafting collateral and digital content that has helped raise over $1 million.
