This is the third year in a row Frampton has been named to the list. The company ranked fifth out of 20 in the small business category with a score of 96.8 percent.
This signature awards program highlights employers in the greater Charlotte region that are considering the perks, practices, and policies that attract top talent — and keep them engaged. The rankings are based on employee surveys, conducted and scored by Quantum Workplace, which took place after a nomination process earlier this year.
