Graycliff Capital Announces Upscale Multi-Family Development in Greenville, S.C. – Waterleaf at Keys Crossing

by GroundBreak Carolinas Staff Report on February 26, 2020

Greenville-S.C.-based Graycliff Capital Partners, LLC (Graycliff Capital), a leading developer/owner in the multi-family sector, is pleased to announce its newest multi-family development in the Upstate region, Waterleaf at Keys Crossing – Luxury Apartment Homes. Conveniently located near the I-85 and I-385 Gateway interchange, Waterleaf at Keys Crossing is a Class-A residential community offering one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, as well as carriage homes. Waterleaf at Keys Crossing is currently pre-leasing with the first units to be available in Spring 2020.

“The property’s strategic location is a big draw. Waterleaf at Keys Crossing is just a short drive from downtown – yet has a lower cost than downtown rentals. Residents will appreciate the easy access to interstates and close proximity to several major employers and other key drivers, including restaurants and shopping,” said Paul Aiesi, Principal at Graycliff. “Like our other Waterleaf properties in the region, Waterleaf at Keys Crossing offers best-in-class amenities and interior unit finishes. One of this property’s signature features is its Sky Lounge with scenic mountain views.”

The Waterleaf at Keys Crossing development has a total of 241 residential units. The upscale complex consists of 13 structures – eight three-story, garden-style residential buildings; three “carriage house” residential buildings with attached parking; a four-story residential building with interior corridors and elevator access; and a high-end community clubhouse. The top floor of the four-story building is home to the Sky Lounge. Select residential units also enjoy spectacular views of the mountains.

Designed with nine-foot ceilings and high-quality finishes, all units include Energy-Star stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite countertops and fully equipped open-concept gourmet kitchens. Other special features include ‘faux-wood’ luxury vinyl plank flooring, walk-in closets (select units), in-home washers and dryers, and elevator access (select units).

Waterleaf at Keys Crossing’s unmatched amenities include the community clubhouse with 24-hour fitness center, including yoga and cycling rooms; lounge; outdoor cabana with fireplace; and resort-style swimming pool with in-water lounge chairs. Additional amenities include covered garage parking, dog spa with dog wash station, electric vehicle (“EV”) charging stations, and a cybercafé with shared co-workspace.

For more details about Waterleaf at Keys Crossing’s luxury apartments and resort-style amenities, visit www.waterleafatkeyscrossing.com or call the leasing office at 864.729.4853.
