(Irmo, SC) – Great Southern Homes has named Shelton Twine as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to overseeing all preconstruction, sales, marketing, general operations and construction management of all areas and markets in which the company operates.
