Guardian Fueling Technologies Acquires Alliance Petroleum Services of Greensboro, North Carolina
Guardian Fueling Technologies, LLC (GFT) is has announced the acquisition of Alliance Petroleum Services, LLC (APS) in Greensboro, North Carolina. GFT focuses on delivering professional services, innovative fueling equipment solutions, systems design and construction.
“GFT remains in growth mode and is actively pursuing strategic opportunities to expand our market leadership position for petroleum equipment, services, solutions and construction,” said Joey Batchelor, President and CEO of Guardian Fueling Technologies. “The APS Greensboro acquisition enhances our ability to provide product expertise and services to the Carolinas.”
This acquisition further represents Guardian’s commitment to building a strong service and sales network across the Carolinas to serve its rapidly growing client base. The addition of the APS facility and service team in Greensboro represents Guardian’s third office in the Carolinas with continued expansion planned.
