Harper General Contractors proudly announces the establishment of its new office in Charleston, South Carolina, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth and commitment to serving the coastal region of South Carolina. This expansion solidifies Harper’s dedication to fostering relationships with our clients and growth with likeminded professionals, all while delivering exceptional construction services throughout the Southeast.
The Charleston office launch coincides with last year’s promotion and relocation of Anthony Taylor, who assumes the pivotal role of Coastal Office Director and Senior Project Manager within the Environmental Systems Division. Anthony brings a wealth of expertise to our teammates, clients, and key partners in the region.

Since relocating key personnel to the area, Harper has been able to work on notable projects with key partners in the area, including City of Charleston, City of Walterboro, Mount Pleasant Water Works, and Summerville CPW. This new endeavor complements the established Conway office and underscores Harper’s work to leverage its 73 years of experience and expertise to serve the evolving needs on the coast.
