This spacious home is located on the heart of Hilton Head Island, which was named America’s Best Island four years in a row and has become popular with both South Carolina locals and travelers from around the world for its pristine beaches, breathtaking scenery, world-class golf and dynamic dining experiences. Built to capture the coastal spirit of Hilton Head Island, the home was designed by local architect Court Atkins Group and constructed by local builder Shoreline Construction, with on-trend interior design by Brian Patrick Flynn.

“Hilton Head Island is the perfect location for the HGTV Dream Home 2020, as it has become known around the world for its dream-like sunsets, beaches and overall beauty,” said Tamara Day, Host of HGTV Dream Home Special 2020, airing on New Year’s Day on HGTV. “The island offers year-round outdoor adventures, as well as exotic culinary experiences, and we are so thrilled to be able to share this truly special place with our fans.”

The HGTV Dream Home 2020 is in Windmill Harbour, a private community adjacent to the Intracoastal Waterway, and home of the South Carolina Yacht Club. The three-bedroom and three-and-a-half-bathroom two-story home is rendered in a jewel-toned blue and restful greens, nostalgic neutrals with pops of coral and blush pink. It boasts a gourmet kitchen, vast great room, expansive laundry and mudroom and a large, multi-purpose entertaining space upstairs. The greatness of the house welcomes guests upon arrival, with a two-story foyer, which reveals the great room, dining room and kitchen in an open concept floor plan, along with the master suite on the main level. This marsh front property offers spectacular views with a backyard that includes a retractable screened porch that extends the length of the home. This outdoor oasis is truly a haven with a rectangular pool seated parallel to the home, along with an outdoor kitchen and views of the salt marsh coastline that make this home an entertainer’s dream.
