Hilltop Properties Promotes Leslie Brock After 25 Years of Reimagining Properties in Chapel Hill, North Carolina

by GroundBreak Staff on August 8, 2019

Hilltop Properties proudly announces the promotion of Leslie Brock to Managing Director. In recognition of her talent, accomplishments and 25 years of dedicated service at Hilltop Properties, this promotion allows Leslie to continue her important work of enhancing the Chapel Hill historic district by appreciating the rich heritage while maintaining the original beauty and charm.

“they are all so different, all of our properties are my favorites.”Tweet this

Sharon Fields, co-owner of Hilltop Properties shared, “Leslie Brock has been a critical part of the growth and success of Hilltop Properties. She has been supporting our vision to make Chapel Hill a better place to live and work, by reimagining properties through renovation since before it was trending. We are so proud of Leslie’s work and grateful for her dedication and unwavering commitment.”

In her new role, Leslie will manage all aspects of properties including leasing, management, renovations, development and new construction. Leslie prides herself on ensuring owners, investors and tenants know that they are her top priority and that they will always receive the highest level of service and professionalism. In fact, she believes what sets Hilltop Properties apart is that they treat people with respect and integrity to ensure there is always a win/win solution for their owners and tenants.

Leslie celebrates her longevity and states, “It has been extremely rewarding to watch Hilltop Properties grow during my tenure, from a property management company to a full commercial and residential real estate business with the addition of our acquisition and development division, Madison Partners, LLC.” She continued, “As our business continues to expand, our focus will remain on increasing the value of the properties, maximizing the owner’s investment as we further diversify the Hilltop Properties portfolio.”

In response to which property was her favorite, Leslie gave the proud parent response, stating “they are all so different, all of our properties are my favorites.” However, she did divulge her joy for the transformation of an older single-family house in the historic district, where they opened up the kitchen and living area with a full renovation on those areas to update to a more modern and open concept home. She is also quite fond of a successful new commercial construction project in Chapel Hill that was recently completed.

Leslie Brock has been working in multifamily property management since 1988. She is a graduate of Western Carolina University with a degree in applied science and technology/clothing and textiles. Leslie has always been interested in Real Estate, particularly the renovations. She has managed properties in Chapel Hill, Alexandria, Virginia and Pennsylvania. In 1994, Leslie moved back to Chapel Hill and started as Property Manager with Hilltop Properties. After obtaining her NC Real Estate license in 1995, Leslie also became the Broker in Charge for Hilltop Properties. When she is not at work, Leslie enjoys the beach, spending time with her family and long walks with her dog.

The Hilltop Properties team congratulates Leslie Brock on her 25 years of service and her recent promotion. For more information, please contact mgmt@hilltopproperties.net.
