Ingredion Expands in Charleston

Ingredion Incorporated, a leading global ingredients solutions company, is expanding its existing operations in Charleston County. The company’s growth is expected to bring more than $10 million of capital investment and lead to the creation of five new positions.

The proximity to the Port of Charleston is a clear advantage.”

Located in Charleston since 1988, Ingredion is a Fortune 500 company with $5.7 billion in sales in 2016.

Located at 7680 Southrail Road in North Charleston, S.C., this expansion will enable Ingredion to double its exports out of the Port of Charleston.
