Introducing “Built by Builders”: Uniting Industry Experts to Revolutionize Construction Tech

by Built by Builders on December 18, 2024

“Built by Builders,” a network of eight construction tech companies, officially launches today with a mission to unite Founders and Builders in revolutionizing construction technology. With founding members, including

ConCntric, Document Crunch, Clearstory, Togal.AI, ProjectMark, SALUS, Kaster, and PLOT, the collaboration is set to transform how construction challenges are addressed through innovative, experience-driven solutions.

This exclusive coalition is guided by the principle of “Built by Builders, for Builders”—bringing together companies whose founders possess deep industry expertise, ensuring solutions are built specifically for the construction sector by those who understand its complexities firsthand.

The “Built by Builders” association stems from a simple yet powerful insight: construction professionals prefer solutions crafted by peers who have faced the same challenges. This principle unites member companies in a shared mission to develop superior products while fostering collaboration and innovation across the construction tech ecosystem.

“Our goal is to create a platform where industry innovators can support each other, collaborate on groundbreaking ideas, and elevate the construction sector as a whole,” said Steve Dell’Orto, Founder and CEO of ConCntric and a founding member of Built by Builders. “This isn’t just an association—it’s a movement to ensure the solutions shaping our industry are built on real-world experience and a deep understanding of what builders truly need.”

The eight inaugural members are:

Co-Founder and CEO: Tom Deane

ProjectMark is the CRM built for the construction industry. The platform empowers teams to be more productive in their pursuits and leverage historical data to make better decisions, so they can chase the right opportunities, streamline their RFP processes, and increase their win rates.

SALUS

Co-Founder and CEO: Gabe Guetta
