Kaufman Lynn Construction Names Scott Gasaway to Lead North Carolina Operations
Kaufman Lynn Construction, one of the largest builders in the southeastern United States, has named an accomplished industry executive to its senior leadership team. Scott Gasaway has joined the firm as Regional Senior Vice President for North Carolina operations.
Gasaway’s construction management career has spanned more than 25 years in both the public and private sectors. In that time, he has developed expertise in everything from strategic planning to talent development. He has overseen projects valued at close to $2.5 billion, including some of the most recognizable themed-entertainment projects in the industry.

Gasaway joins Kaufman Lynn Construction after previously spending 20 years with Balfour Beatty Construction where he served as Senior Vice President over large, complex themed-entertainment projects. Additionally, he has served in a vice president role with an industry leading GC and developer where he drove innovation and operational excellence. Most recently, Gasaway owned his own consultancy business where he specialized in conceptualizing, costing, and efficiently implementing horizontal and vertical enhancements for unique, place-making projects.

He is a cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia and holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental design. He has served on the boards of several community organizations in Orlando and nearby Bradenton.
