Across nearly a decade at Little, Nick has relentlessly pursued design excellence and elevated every project he touches. He leads his team with a collaborative, future-forward mindset that produces outstanding work, expands client opportunities and fuels professional development for his team and everyone around him. His design acumen allows Nick to provide insightful guidance that drives progress to create a better tomorrow. Nick earned his master’s at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and bachelor’s at Bowling Green State University.

With nearly two decades at Little, Sarah is dedicated to driving long-term growth and success through client service, innovative leadership and sustainability. While guiding her team across national portfolios, she empowers others to pursue their passions and achieve their goals. Sarah is a trusted partner to her clients, consistently anticipating needs and exceeding expectations to elevate their business performance. She earned master’s and bachelor’s degrees at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD).
