LS3P’s John Edwards Joins City of Greenville (S.C.) Design Review Board Urban Panel
John Edwards, AIA, Associate Principal with LS3P , has been selected to serve on the City of Greenville (South Carolina) Design Review Board Urban Panel. Edwards will serve a two-year term on the Board, which oversees the implementation of Greenville’s Downtown Design Guidelines in the Central Business District.
Edwards, who leads LS3P’s custom residential practice, has over 25 years of experience in the design and management of diverse project types including municipal, higher education, healthcare, and commercial work. His portfolio contains examples of planning, new construction, renovation, adaptive reuse, and historic properties. He is active in both professional and community engagement and has served on a number of committees, boards and panels related to the city’s design and historic preservation initiatives.
Edwards was instrumental in the creation of AIA-CRAN Greenville, the local AIA chapter’s Custom Residential Architects Network (CRAN) Knowledge Community. As charter member, he has served as Treasurer and continues to serve on its Advisory Board.
