M. B. Kahn Announces Acquisition Agreement with McKenzie Construction Corporation
M. B. Kahn Construction Co., Inc., a general contractor headquartered in Columbia, SC, announced it has finalized an acquisition agreement with McKenzie Construction Corporation located in Virginia Beach, VA. The transition will be effective November 1, 2022. The presence of a permanent office location in Virginia will allow the company to best serve clients in the region and propel M. B. Kahn’s expansion efforts.
