Magnus Development Partners Breaks Ground on Midway Logistics IV, a Speculative Building in Lexington County
Magnus Development Partners recently broke ground on the fourth speculative development in the Lexington County Industrial Park in West Columbia, South Carolina. Midway Logistics IV is the only speculative industrial building offering up to 200,000 square feet of available space in central South Carolina and is expected to quickly become fully leased.
Colliers International | South Carolina’s industrial brokerage team of Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR and Thomas Beard will handle the leasing and marketing of the property.
“The Colliers team leased our last speculative development, Midway Logistics III, before the paint dried on the walls,” said Kevin Werner, Partner of Magnus Development Partners. “They are the most knowledgeable industrial real estate experts in the market, and we are pleased to have them representing our newest venture.”
The Midway Logistics IV building is currently the only Class A warehouse available for lease in the Columbia, SC MSA with a 32’ minimum clear height, making it desirable for tenants who need stacking beyond the typical 20’ ceilings to maximize space.
“Our team is thrilled to be working with Magnus Development again,” said Chuck Salley, Vice President and Director of the Industrial Brokerage Team for Colliers | South Carolina. “We enjoy working with a landlord who is highly competitive and results oriented with their tenants.”
Salley, Mathews and Beard are the leading industrial brokerage team in central South Carolina, specializing in leasing, user sales and investment sales of industrial properties. Their multifaceted platform gives them a unique insight into market conditions for all types of industrial properties.
