Marlboro Development and Multi-Pack Award New Construction to THS Constructors

GREENVILLE, S.C. – (April 5, 2019) – THS Constructors, Inc., one of the Southeast’s leading design-build, construction management, and general contracting companies, today announced it was selected by Marlboro Development to construct the 125,000 square-foot buildout of a new facility in Greenville County. 

THS and Marlboro Development are delivering the new facility for Multi-Pack, currently located at 4611 Dairy Drive in Greenville, which is expanding their production and sales operations by moving into the renovated facility at the South Carolina Technology and Aviation Center.  The new operations are anticipated to be online by the fourth quarter, according to their news release.

Multi-Pack is a contract packager and manufacturer in the consumer, over-the-counter drug and medical device markets with locations in Greenville, South Carolina, and Mt. Prospect, Illinois.  Employing more than 300 workers, the company offers turnkey solutions with chemical blending services, in-house microbiology and chemistry labs.  The expansion is expected to create 72 new jobs.

THS Constructors will be partnering with GPN Architecture out of Spartanburg, S.C., along with Thomas and Hutton, Palmetto Structural Engineering, Thomas Mechanical, Langford Electric, and WN Kirkland.

Expected completion date for construction is scheduled for December 2019, and will consist of a buildout of office areas, labs, thermacell storage, H3 warehousing, and production.
