Marlboro Development Team Welcomes Jill Rodgers as Project Manager
Spartanburg, S.C. – Marlboro Development Team (MDT) is pleased to welcome Jill Rodgers as Project Manager. Rodgers brings more than 13 years of design and construction experience to MDT. In this role, Rodgers will assist in all facets of preconstruction services from conceptual design, development, and review of specifications, ultimately culminating in comprehensive project management and construction administration. With the addition of Rodgers, MDT now has in-house capability to assist with preliminary civil engineering and architectural services to further add value and streamline the development process for our valued clients.
Prior to joining MDT, Rodgers worked as a project architect on commercial projects ranging in size and complexity across South Carolina. For the past decade, most of her work centered on managing private developer driven projects for both owners and tenants, many of which resulted in long term relationships and repeat projects. In addition to her knowledge of the development process, she brings vast experience in working on feasibility studies, test fits, programming, and project phasing.

Rodgers obtained her professional architect license in 2013 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture with honors and a Master of Architecture from Clemson University.
