McCrory Construction Welcomes Ben Melton as Assistant Project Manager
McCrory Construction, South Carolina’s oldest general contractor, has hired Ben Melton as Assistant Project Manager in the Upstate office. Melton comes to McCrory from a role in institutional facilities planning and project management.
“Having worked on ‘the owner side’ of our industry, Ben has a unique perspective that will serve our clients well,” said Stephen Cooper, Director of McCrory’s Greenville Operations. “Ben is currently assigned to the design-build renovation and expansion at Gehl Food & Beverage Southeast’s production facility in Walterboro, South Carolina. He is also helping finish up the Bass Pro Shops boat center expansion at the Magnolia Park shopping complex in Greenville.”
Melton’s professional credentials include Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). He is a graduate of Brevard College in Brevard, North Carolina, where he was a member of the baseball team.
