Mitch Pingry, Experienced Superintendent, Joins A M King in Greenville
A M King, an integrated design-build firm based in Charlotte, has hired seasoned construction professional Mitch Pingry as superintendent based in the firm’s Greenville, S.C. office. The addition of Pingry is a strategic move that will boost the company’s capabilities in the Upstate South Carolina region. A M King’s Greenville operation recently moved into a new, larger office space to support the firm’s steadily increasing work for manufacturing, food processing and cold storage distribution clients in the region.
“Our strategy in Greenville has shifted into high growth mode and now our plan is manifesting more work and the need for additional personnel,” explains Andre Harris, Greenville business unit leader. “Each of our new team members brings a unique skill set and valuable experience. We’re excited for 2020.”
Pingry has 30 years of experience in construction management. The former owner of Pingry Homes, Inc., a custom home builder in Simpsonville, comes to A M King after eight years with Sealed Air Corporation’s Cryovac Division.
“I look forward to working for A M King and putting my many years of construction to good use in this growing company,” said Pingry.
Originally from Kansas, Pingry loves Clemson Football, golf, Kansas Jayhawk Basketball, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. He and his wife Stacy have two children, Summer (22) and JT (18).
