New Website for Outer Banks Pool & Landscape Designer Makes a Splash

by Helen Johnson on October 4, 2016

New Website for Outer Banks Pool and Landscaping Company Showcases Top-Notch Designs

Outer Banks Media (OBX Media), a North Carolina-based digital marketing agency specializing in website design, search engine optimization and internet marketing, announces the completion of a website redesign for their client, Southern Scapes Pool & Landscape Design (Southern Scapes). Southern Scapes has been in business since 1998, and is a family owned business specializing in pool installation and landscape design.

As their business grew, they became more involved in the design and installation of swimming pools for their clients, so owners Tom and Christy May decided to consult with Outer Banks Media about redesigning their website to emphasize their swimming pool projects as well as their general landscape design. “Over the last 20 years, Southern Scapes Pool & Landscape Design has specialized in creating innovative, beautiful, functional swimming pools and outdoor living spaces for our clients, and our website needed to reflect that,” said Christy. “We chose Outer Banks Media because they fully understood our vision and goals and worked tirelessly to transform our vision into a site that reflected our dedication to delivering a superior final product,” she added.

Outer Banks Media began by building photo galleries for each of Southern Scapes’ services, giving potential clients an opportunity to view their wide variety of swimming pool, landscaping and outdoor construction projects. “Having a gallery of completed work is important for any builder,” remarked C.K. Evans, Owner of Outer Banks Media. “Not only does it build brand awareness and credibility, but it provides a level of comfort to potential customers regarding their expertise in that space,” he added. In addition to updating the galleries, Outer Banks Media gave the site design a complete overhaul, providing a bright and sunny, North Carolina feel. The site is now mobile responsive (making it convenient to view on a mobile device), and includes a pages dedicated to all of their services, as well as client testimonials, a downloadable idea book, and a blog filled with articles on pool maintenance, best practices and various projects they’ve completed.

As a North Carolina general contractor, and the largest fiberglass pool installer on the Outer Banks, Southern Scapes can work with you to design a swimming pool or create a complete outdoor experience. Visit their website or call (252) 491-5303  for more information.
