Greenville, S.C. – Elmore Goldsmith announces the addition of two named partners and one new associate. Bryan Kelley, who has practiced with the firm since 2009, has been recognized as a named partner. Robert A. deHoll, who recently left Fox Rothschild to join the firm, is also becoming a named partner. Alan G. Jones joins the firm as an associate. Going forward, the firm will now be known as Elmore Goldsmith Kelley & deHoll, P.A.
Alan G. Jones is a graduate of Clemson University and the University of Georgia School of Law. He has extensive experience representing and counseling general contractors and subcontractors and in insurance coverage matters. Alan serves on the Board of Directors of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association. He has been recognized as a Rising Star in Construction Litigation by Super Lawyers Magazine for 2020.
Robert A. deHoll brings over 40 years of construction and environmental law experience to the firm. Bob has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America, “Legal Elite” by Greenville Business Magazine, and Martindale-Hubbell. Bob’s experience includes involvement in the design, construction, licensing and environmental permitting of commercial nuclear power plants; in-house counsel at Fluor Corporation; and, the representation and counseling of general contractors, subcontractors, and designers on commercial and industrial projects throughout the southeast.
