ABC Carolinas Construction Convention: Our Best Program Ever
The Charleston Place will host the ABC Carolinas (ABCC) Annual Construction Convention on August 2-4, 2023. The Chapter’s 25th Anniversary will be front and center throughout the three-day event. The presenting Keynote speakers include Jon Gordon, Anirban Basu and Karen Barefoot.

Everyone picks word for the year that gives them meaning and mission and then they share the word with their team members and why they chose it.
What role does communication play in effective leadership, particularly within the context of the construction industry? Where there is a void in communication, negativity will fill it. So it’s essential for leaders to prove great communication. If you aren’t communicating, then you aren’t leading.
How do you suggest construction leaders maintain a positive and optimistic mindset in the face of challenges or setbacks? I’ll be sharing this during my talk. Positive leadership is a competitive advantage.
