What are your thoughts on the economy related to construction in the Carolinas in 2022?

Thoughts remain bullish on the Carolinas for a whole host of reasons – from its location in the global economy and the type of companies that call this area home, to the increased economic development successes of late, as this all trickles down into more momentum in all facets of real estate developments. Economic-wise things are strong.
