SeamonWhiteside Welcomes Amy Sullivan to Senior Leadership Team
Charleston, S.C. (February 15, 2023) – SeamonWhiteside (SW+), a full-service site design firm throughout the Carolinas, announces the hire of Amy Sullivan as the director of business development for the Charlotte, North Carolina region. With a focus on building new relationships, this new leadership role is an integral and strategic hire in SW+’s growth and expansion in North Carolina.

Sullivan brings with her 25 years of experience in the construction and land development industry. She leverages her vast experience to bring value to every new relationship. As the director of business development, Sullivan will be tasked with growing the footprint of the Charlotte office..

Sullivan’s long list of accolades begins with her business and marketing degree from UNC Charlotte and includes being named the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors’ (CRCBR) Corporate Associate of the Year in 2013, along with receiving the Mecklenburg Times 50 Most Influential Women Award in 2016. Most recently, Amy was awarded a Charlotte Business Journal Most Admired CEO Award in 2022 and was spotlighted as one of the GroundBreak Carolinas Class of 2022 Groundbreakers, an exclusive group of individuals who have gone above and beyond to make a difference in the construction community in the Carolinas.
