Sherman Construction Completes Two Multi-Family Developments

Greenville (S.C.)-based Sherman Construction is pleased to announce the completion of two multi-family projects – Waters at Gateway and The Preserve at Chatham Parkway – both located in Savannah, Ga.

Waters at Gateway consists of 276 units that were delivered as a mix of one, two and three-bedrooms types. The site layout included a total of 12 buildings, together with the leasing office and laundry/pool and other amenities situated within approximately 18.5 acres.

The Preserve at Chatham Parkway is a wood frame, garden-style apartment home project with a total of 144 units – comprised of one, two and three bedrooms. The site layout included a total of five buildings, along with the leasing office/clubhouse and other amenities situated within approximately 8.5 acres. Both projects are combined HUD and Market apartments.
