Site Selectors Guild Announces Election of Board of Directors
The Site Selectors Guild, the only association of the world’s foremost professional site selection consultants, has elected a new board of directors to be led by Seth Martindale, senior managing director at CBRE, as board chair.
Martindale takes the board chair position after nine years as an active member of the Site Selectors Guild and three years on the board, including most recently as vice chair.
“The Site Selectors Guild is the leading voice in advancing the profession of corporate location strategy and advancing collaboration between those professionals and economic developers, and I could not be more honored to continue that mission as board chair,” Martindale said. “Thank you to the strategic and vision-oriented board chairs that guided the Guild to its industry-leading position today and to my fellow board members for their partnership in the year ahead.”
In addition to Martindale as the new board chair, the Site Selectors Guild has elected the following board of directors and board advisors:
- Michelle Comerford, industrial and supply chain practice lead at Biggins Lacy Shapiro & Company, remains on the board, elected to the role of vice chair.
- Phil Schneider, president at Schneider Strategy Consulting, LLC, remains on the board as treasurer.
- John Rocca, managing director of JLL Consulting, remains on the board as secretary.
- Larry Gigerich, executive managing director at Ginovus, remains on the board as a member after serving as the most-recent chair.
- Chris Lloyd, senior vice president and director, infrastructure and economic development at McGuireWoods Consulting, LLC, remains on the board as a member.
- Larry Moretti, principal at LFM Corporate Location Solutions, previously a board advisor, joins the board as a member.
- Tess Fay, principal and VP of location intelligence at Global Location Strategies, joins as a board advisor.
- Kim Moore, executive managing director at Newmark, will remain as a board advisor.
Board members are elected for a staggered two-year term and work in close alignment with the Guild’s managing director to innovate and execute the organization’s vision.
