SMPS SERC to be Held in Wilmington, NC

Marketers and business developers from the architecture, engineering and construction industries will descend on Wilmington, NC for the Society of Marketing for Professional Services (SMPS) Southeast Regional Conference (SERC), March 20-24, 2023.

The 2023 SMPS SERC Planning Committee and the Research Triangle Chapter will be hosting the event at the Wilmington Convention Center in the River District. The Southeast Regional Conference features keynote speakers, networking events, breakout sessions, and a lot of fun.

Did you know Wilmington has nicknames like “Hollywood East” and “Wilmywood”? Filmmakers have logged over 400 film-related credits in the area including Dawson’s Creek, Scream, Iron Man 3, Safe Haven, and more. The Wilmington area has served as the perfect backdrop for blockbuster movies and TV shows since the cult classic, Firestarter, starring a young Drew Barrymoore, was filmed in 1983.
