SouthCon Building Group Promotes Brandon Needham to Senior Project Manager
Charleston, SC — SouthCon Building Group, a full-service general contractor based in Mount Pleasant, has promoted Brandon Needham to Senior Project Manager. Needham joined the SouthCon staff in 2014 as a Project Manager. Since that time, he has managed numerous SouthCon projects, including the Southern First Bank Regional Headquarters located in the Charleston historic district, which was awarded the prestigious Eagle Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Carolinas Chapter in 2017. The project went on to win the 2017 ABC National Eagle Award and Engineering News-Record’s Regional Best Projects 2018 Merit Award.
Needham is a graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Prior to joining SouthCon, Needham held increasingly responsible project management positions with several well-known firms in North Carolina. Needham is an AIC Certified Constructor, a CICTI Certified Healthcare Manager, and holds certifications in OSHA 30, Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED and Bloodborne Pathogen Training.
